Vision

A Transformative Experience


Every year, the Global Leadership Challenge convenes 100 young leaders from over 50 countries to advance leadership that makes a difference in the world. Working with experienced experts in their fields, they co-create impact projects for the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

GLC 2023 featured over 15 speakers and senior advisors, including, including John L. Hennessy, Chairman of Alphabet Inc.,  Marianne Janik, CEO of Microsoft Germany, and Dominic Barton, former Global Managing Partner at McKinsey and currently Chairman of Rio Tinto.

Vision

GLC aims to empower emerging leaders to grow in the wisdom and character required for leadership that makes a difference in the world. At the heart of every remarkable leader lies an unwavering foundation of character – a steadfast commitment to making the world a better place. Through this platform, we aim to guide and inspire young leaders on their journey, helping them build the skills and values necessary to shape a better future for all.
